|  Zum Rub wins Best for Dry Skin categoryFriday, 6 November 2009  In response to a belief that 75% of Irish women are using the wrong moisturiser for their skin type, The Star commissioned an evaluation to see which products available in Ireland lived up to the task.
Each product was judged under a number of headings including price, value, smell, absorption and overall effectiveness. After months of moisturising, hydrating and quenching the judges came up with some top performers.
