| Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat Payment methods do you accept? We are happy to accept payment by a number of different methods based on whichever one suits you. The most popular methods are by Credit Card payment or PayPal account, but we are happy to receive payment by Cheque or direct Bank transfer. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, checkout out as normal the goods you wish to buy and at 'Checkout step 2 of 3' select the 'Cheque' option and continue. We will contact you with the details required to complete the transaction. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of the payment process, please contact us. What Shipping methods do you use? We always try to use the most cost and time effective method of getting our products to you. This involves sending parcel post via An Post and by direct courier for heavier orders. We at all times charge shipping at cost price and do not add any charge for handling or packaging. Orders received before midday will be shipped that day and our experience shows that 75% of all our delivers arrive within 3 days after date of order and all arrive within 5 days. If your order has not arrived within 5 days of order, let us know. What Postage Rates do you charge? We currently have an offer of free postage for all orders of three or more products - make use of it while the offer is still valid. If you were only going to buy two products add a lip balm and it will remove the shipping cost!What if I want to return goods? We will happily refund any unused items that have been returned by you and will provide a refund, but may deduct the cost of shipping the item to you. Our objective is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products and our service, if you have an issue, we will sort it out for you.What if I receive damaged goods? We go to great lengths to carefully package the items that we ship. In the rare event that a product reaches you in a damaged condition, please inform us straight away and we will rectify the matter to your complete satisfaction.
